Attire: Red Class Tee

Directions:
- Take service 176 and alight directly in front of West Coast Park.
- Take service 175 from Clementi Interchange. The bus will turn left to the main road, West Coast Highway. Alight at the bus stop opposite McDonalds' at West Coast Park (only one Macs at West Coast Park).
- You can also take services 30, 51, and 143, alight in front of Clementi Woods Park (West Coast Road) and take a 5 minutes walk through West Coast Link to West Coast Park Area 3 (near to the Adventure Playground).

Things to bring:
- $7 (which include everything) A MUST!

GCE O'Level Mid Year MT Exam is on Monday, 26th May 08.
Because of that, there'll be prep exams and afternoon remedial sessions next week, starting from Tuesday, 20th May to Friday, 23rd May. (reporting time is of usual at 7.25am, however school ends at 4.00pm everyday)

*Refer to the schedule given for a clearer picture

Location for morning intensive lessons and remedial sessions are as follows:

Chinese pupils -> Respective classrooms
Malays -> Spare room, next to 3T1
Tamils -> Respective MT rooms

As we all know, the OSL CAMBODIA TEAM has gone on their overseas service learning trip on last Saturday (17 November 2007) and today's their 4th day. Wish all of them, especially Angie, Pei Yun, Shen Lynn, Joel and Brendan, are doing fine there! Hope each and every one of them will learn something fruitful out of it :D

"5th Apr was the school's cheering competition. Heard from many colleagues that this is an interesting event and students go all out for the preparation. Ya! It was very interesting to watch the students put up their performances. Especially the graduating students, their cheers were fantastic!

My class were very apprehensive about their cheer. The class committee seemed to have a problem to get the WHOLE class to be "on". But they still practiced and they added new elements and actions every now and then... I was impressed. I liked how they entered into the cheer; I liked the marching part as well.

When it was their turn to cheer, I got the camera ready to video them. I was very impressed because their cheer was very clear. The volume was there, the action was there. So I was thinking we really stood a chance to win this!

But I think we probably missed out on certain elements, that's why we did not came in top three in the end... I think it was more of the content, did really focus on the school values and lack some originality. STILL we did our best! That's the most important thing! Nonetheless, I was still disappointed, think I went round the whole afternoon with a stony face... Everyone was asking why my face was so black...

Hey, we are not giving up! There's still next year, I'm sure we'll do even better!"

See, this is just the beginning, not the end, heh :D

Well at least it's a lil better than on monday's. LOLOL.

To Kiatlun and those who heard 2 songs playing, you're right.

Pertaining to the cheer competition thingy...
We've got only a few days away from the actual competition.
We should really give credits to the class commitee and a few others for putting in the efforts to come up with the cheer, formation, dance movements(?), buying the vanguard sheets and whatnots. Even if you don't give a crap about the competition, you should at least spare a thought for them, yourself, the class and especially, for ms toh. Whether you like it or not, you have to bear in mind that you too have a part to play in, either building or spoiling, our class image/rep. (OK LOL)

So if there are any more rehearsals, class commitee PLEASE inform the rest of us beforehand. It's good if the whole class stay back! (or at least 3/4) And yarrrrrh, if there are rehearsals, try to start promptly la. Maybe have a 5-10min quick break and get the things prepared, and start rehearsing alreadyyyyyyy.

all ii can sae is it will not come true!...
our class is not united...and no one wan to stay back...maybe n0rt no one la...some of them did stay bak...and they try t0 cooperate wibb us...

Here to post ! :) Kiat Lun went for auditions today but sadly dd not get it as he was too nervous . But its okay there's till next year !

Joel wants me to announce that we can get our class jersey next monday when school reopens during reccess ! :) And, he actually wanted me to post about some people personal stuffs ! But , in the end I don't think I should post cause even though others know about it, its still personal :D:D

Cheer : Stay back in school on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday okay to discuss moves for cheer. Hope that some of you can help by making banners on our school values. Tag at the tagboard ifyou are helping !

8 March o7` Thursday-

Congrats to 3e2 for getting 2nd prize in Lunar New Year decorations !! :) We got a big hamper !

Memorise the cheer okay ! And there would be rehearsals after the march holiday on Monday, Wednesday and Thurday as the cheer competition would be on FRIDAY ! We would think of the actions and all . Make our formations perfect too :) I don't think we would stay back for very long la. But, please try and stay back okay ? Today's "rehearsal" wasn't too good :( Hard to get everyone seated and listening. haha.

Anyway, pls remember to bring $5.50 for E maths 10 year series and $2 for jersey if you haven't paid yet . ( Lol, you all should know who I am ) :D:D
